Our room was beautifully decorated with marvellous surrounding garden and the overall stay in this second tier town was really lovely. An electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and a personal safe were great...

Friendly staff, nice hotel layout, nice pool, quiet location.
Only place where we needed mosquito netting to sleep at night, since the hotel is close to the river. Some of the lizards got into our room through holes in the roof, but they are harmless.

The deluxe twin room here was super stylish, and the beds were so comfy you never wanted to leave! the location couldn't have been better — it was easy to walk everywhere we needed to go, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. the staff here were amazing, always going above and beyond, and the breakfast they served was simply scrumptious. 🌟.

Best place to stay in Kampong Thom, bar none. A short walk into town. Situated by a river and in a small town, its and ideal combo of city/country. Nice and quiet, exempt for children singing around 5 pm at the school next door, but we liked that.
The entire country was just recovering from a disastrous flood. The hotel had been inundated a few weeks before, but you would not have known it.

The Sambor Village is an excellent place to base yourself away from the noise and activity of the town. We enjoyed the pool at the end of our day exploring the area. The restaurant is really good and we didn't bother eating anywhere else during our 2 days stay. Bicycles were available as well and we used them to explore the local country side. Overall, a really nice place to stay and the staff is really nice, polite and helpful.
Appears a little pricy compared to anything else around. But then there is no shortage of staff around to assist you with queries. Note that the hotel takes a generous commission for booking tuk-tuk or taxi for you.

Nice boutique hotel with cute bungalows in a rural environment. Beautiful garden, friendly staff and nice rooms, however a little bit run down for the relatively high price. Bycicles for free at the reception desk for discovering the surroundings. Good starting point for visiting the Sambor Prei Kuk temples nearby (+/- 40 minutes by car).
A little bit run down for the relatively high price. Also, sometimes noisy because of marriages taking place in a reception house nearby.

1. The staff was very friendly and helpful also with non-hotel related requests 2. A very nice pool 3. The environment is authentic Cambodia
The food in the restaurant was a bit overrated.
